The time has come to launch Geek Squad Summer Academy 2010! We have spent the last year vigorously working to make this year’s tour the best yet. Through completely revised classes, additional locations, and fresh activities an awesome experience is guaranteed! Be sure to check the calendar for an Academy near you! If there currently is not an Academy location in your area, please propose one to us!

Geek Squad Summer Academy is a well-designed program with the mission to inspire younger generation’s direct involvement with technology. The world becomes more computer oriented every day making it vital for your student to gain experience in areas of the industry. Through fun interactive classes and activities, Geek Squad Summer Academy aims to demystify technology for students in your community. (No World of Warcraft, we promise!) This program will not only aid your student to confidently, resourcefully and effectively navigate our increasingly “techie” world, but will also broaden the possibility of an exciting future in one of many technological fields. We truly believe in “making lives easier through the use of technology.”

Each Summer Academy is uniquely designed and customized for the community in which it is held. Geek Squad and Best Buy work closely with local organizations to ensure a memorable experience for participants. Through this innovative summer experience your student will know more about technology in your home, will develop long-lasting friendships and be better prepared for the ever-changing technological world in which we live.
